Cottage Flowers
A florist getting a website she owns, a local Google presence, and her social sorted, without handing a cut to a wire service.
Cottage Flowers is an owner-run florist with lovely work and the usual problem: the marketing never gets done, and the obvious "solutions" want a cut of every order or lock her into a platform.
What we are doing
A website she owns, on her own domain, built from her real brand (an elegant slate-blue on cream, taken from her actual shopfront). If she sells online it runs through her own payments, so we never take a commission and her customers are hers. We set her up to be found locally on Google, and turn a few phone photos into a month of posts in her voice.
Why it matters to her
She keeps every penny of every sale and every customer relationship. She shows up for the people nearby who are searching for a florist. And her feed stays alive without her spending evenings on it.
